The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) is Campera Media, operating under the artist name RAYIM CLAY.

Newsletter & Email Contact

When you sign up for the RAYIM CLAY newsletter, we process the email address you provide, the time of your request and the time of your confirmation, for the purpose of sending information about releases, events, and exclusive drops.

Double opt-in: After you submit the form we send a confirmation link to your address. Your address is only added to the mailing list once you follow that link. Until then it is stored as unconfirmed and is not used for any mailing. Unconfirmed addresses are deleted after 48 hours.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons, informally by email to contact@camperamedia.com or via the unsubscribe link in every mailing.

Where the data is stored: Your address is stored in our own contact database on a server operated by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. The data is not passed to third parties for advertising purposes and is not sold.

Mail delivery: Confirmation mails and newsletters are dispatched via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), acting as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Resend receives your email address and the message content solely for the purpose of delivery. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Abuse prevention: To stop automated mass sign-ups, the form keeps a salted, irreversible hash of the requesting IP address for ten minutes. The address itself is never stored and the hash cannot be traced back to it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting the form).

Logging of consent: To meet our accountability obligation under Art. 5(2) GDPR we record the time of your sign-up and the time of your confirmation.

Retention period: Your address is stored as long as you remain subscribed. Upon withdrawal of consent it is deleted immediately, except for the record of consent, which we retain as evidence for as long as claims may be asserted against us.

Hosting & Server Logs

This website is hosted on an external server. When you access the site, the following data is automatically stored in server log files:

• IP address of the requesting device (anonymized)
• Date and time of access
• URL accessed
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referrer URL

This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision of the website).

Fonts

All fonts used on this website are hosted on our own server. No connection to third-party font providers (such as Google Fonts) is established when you visit this site.
